PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held at the MPS Support Services Center located at 13906 F Street, at 10:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Rockwell Elementary roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting Ed Rockwell at least 24 hours in advance.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Millard Public Schools - Rockwell Elementary School - Skylight Replacements before 8:45 a.m. local time on Thursday, January 18, 2018. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room "A". Bids should be submitted to: Mr. Ed Rockwell, Don Stroh Administration Center, Conference Room "A", 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, NE 68137.

Project Description: New insulated translucent wall & roof panel assemblies for Millard Public Schools/Rockwell Elementary School, located at 6730 S. 140th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes removal of existing skylights, flashings and sealants, and new insulated translucent wall & roof assemblies, new metal flashings, sealants, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate skylight area to be replaced is 4,256 S.F.
