PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at the Project Site at 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, January 22, 2018 – Contractors should meet at Trumble Park Elementary School, located at 500 Valley Road, Papillion, NE 68046 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will then move to Tara Heights Elementary School, located at 700 Tara Road, Papillion, NE, 68046 immediately afterwards. Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend. The Owner reserves the right to not accept Bids form General Contractors who fail to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.

Bid Info:   The Board of Education of Papillion-La Vista Community Schools, County of Sarpy, State of Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including Reroof for the PLCS – Trumble Park Elementary School 2018 Partial Reroof located at 500 Valley Road, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids for the PLCS – Trumble Park Elementary School 2018 Partial Reroof will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday January 23, 2018, at the Papillion-La Vista Community Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation and utility services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the Work required for the Combined Construction, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the PLCS – Trumble Park Elementary School 2018 Partial Reroof. The Project consists of the reroof of approximately 17,800 square feet of existing EPDM roofing.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $5.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days after the date of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
