Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM on April 19, 2018. Bids should be sent to Red Oak Community School District, 2011 N 8th St., Red Oak, IA 51566. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Project Description: This project includes, but is not limited to the following: A four classroom addition built as a tornado shelter, with exterior brick finishes to match the existing school, with minimal site work. Classrooms include MEP, toilet closets, casework, and all finishes including carpet, paint, wall covering, ACT, and resilient flooring and base. Specialty items include work related to the tornado shelter and UL listed items for door, wall, window, and roof assemblies. Additional work items include fire sprinklers for the entire building, a re-roof as an alternate, and a stage / music room addition as an alternate.
This Bid Package will be awarded as multiple prime contracts.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Red Oak Community School District. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
