Public Notes:
The project consists of further development of campus outdoor space for student recreation, including basketball/tennis courts, sand volleyball, open recreation fields, and recreational support building. Also included will be a new parking lot, iconic gateway monuments, pedestrian walkways, wayfinding signage, landscaping, storm sewer, earthwork, and lighting improvements. Existing Simon Hall basement ramp surface drainage improvement.



Job Purchase Information:
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Kingery Construction Co.) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within ten (10) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. The cost of replacement of missing or damaged documents will be deducted from the deposit. A Bidder receiving a Contract award may retain the Bidding Documents and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded.

Digital downloads are available for a non-refundable fee of $20 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
