Bid Info:   Winnebago Public School shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed bus transportation and maintenance facility at the existing Public School located at 202 Osborn Ave., Winnebago, Nebraska. That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the North, district office entrance reception desk, Winnebago Public Schools, 202 Osborne Avenue, Winnebago, Nebraska. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
This project consists of a new transportation and maintenance facility as well as a track storage building and all associated Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Bidders may also obtain a CD with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500.
A non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect)is required to process digital document requests.

CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
