PreBid Info:   A pre-bid walk through has been scheduled for May 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site for interested Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors to view the project site and ask questions. Attendance is not mandatory but suggested.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the Forest Park Manor Shower Renovations REBID, Shenandoah Housing Authority, located at 707 West Summit Avenue in Shenandoah, will be received at the Forest Park Manor, Shenandoah, Iowa, until June 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. and will be opened publicly. The bid tab will be made public. The contract will be awarded at the Board’s next meeting and construction shall begin immediately thereafter.

Project Location: Shenandoah, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to renovation of certain shower and restrooms in an existing Housing Facility. Materials include metal stud framing, new shower stalls, resilient sheet flooring, rubber base and modifications to existing plumbing.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. *A Builder's Card will also accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days from the bid date of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
