PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2018 in the District Board Room, North Entrance, 202 Osborn, Winnebago, Nebraska 68071. Attendees must check in at the North district office entrance reception desk, Winnebago Public Schools, 202 Osborne Street, Winnebago, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Winnebago Public School shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed remodel and addition at the existing Public School located at 202 Osborn Ave., Winnebago, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the North, district office entrance reception desk, Winnebago Public Schools, 202 Osborne Avenue, Winnebago, Nebraska 68071. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project consists of the remodeling and addition to the existing Winnebago K-12 School Building and associated Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Bidders may also obtain a CD or Download with PDF copies of the plans and specifications for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. is required.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
