Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted by 2:00 PM Central Time on Thursday September 6, 2018, by mail or delivered in person to Jeremy Christiansen, Superintendent Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School, 502 Wakefield St., P.O. Box 8, Laurel NE 68745, at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Description: The Project consists of the replacement of the existing fire alarm systems in the Laurel–Concord-Coleridge School with a new addressable fire alarm system with voice evacuation. The existing fire alarm system shall be removed in its entirety. A new fire alarm system will be installed throughout the building.

A refundable check in the amount of $ 25.00 made out to A & D Technical Supply is required per plan set.

A & D Technical Supply will ship bidding documents upon receipt of a check made out to A & D Technical Supply for $20.00 per set, non-refundable, to cover shipping and handling.

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, post paid, including all addenda, in good condition, no later than 10 business days after Bid Opening to A & D Technical Supply. After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to any other location other than A & D Technical Supply.

A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
