Bid Info:   Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Bennington Public Schools District Office Board Room, located at 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Work of the Project consists of the following: High School Classroom Addition that is two stories in height having a gross area of approximately twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet and related site work; New parking lot with approximately 260 parking stalls; Renovation to the two thousand six hundred (2,600) square foot Counseling area in the existing building under Alternate No. CC-1; Renovation to the three thousand two hundred (3,200) square foot Administration area in the existing building under Alternate No. CC-2; Other Alternate Bid Work as defined in Section 012300 "Alternates."



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
