Bid Info:   The City Council of Milford shall receive sealed bids on a combined general contract for the new Milford City Hall and Police Facility at the NW corner of First & Walnut Street, Milford, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 25, 2018 by Jeanne Hoggins, Milford City Clerk, Milford Public Library, 617 2nd Street. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:15 at the Milford City Fire Hall, 612 1st Street, Milford, NE. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Project Location: Milford, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work consists of a city owned single story building that houses the city clerk’s office and the police station. The building also consists of a public meeting room for city council meetings and storage for city records.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150 payable to the Carlson West Povondra.

We will not accept a builder’s exchange card in lieu of a deposit check.

Bid documents must be returned within 10 days of the bid opening in good condition or the deposit may be forfeit.

Bidders may also obtain a CD with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A nonrefundable fee of $25 per CD/Set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the Project Manual) is required to process digital document requests.

Documents may be shipped for an additional fee of $25 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
