Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction of Glenwood Community School District - Athletic Complex Improvements Bid Package 1, 400 Sivers Road, Glenwood, IA 51534, will be received by Glenwood Community School District, 103 Central Street, Suite 103, Glenwood, IA 51534, until 2:00 PM, September 20, 2018, after which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be accepted.

Project Location: Glenwood, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Project consists of building demolition and initial grading in preparation for new building and plaza location, new football field and new parking areas. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing buildings including foundations, removal of soils and hauling and placement of new fill to referenced subgrade. Removal of utilities serving existing buildings and as required for completion of new construction.
All final grading, paving, buildings, utilities, etc. will be part of Bid Package 2.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, by depositing a refundable check in the amount of $75.00 for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Glenwood Community School District. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
