PreBid Info:   Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting/walk-through at the project site on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at 1:30 pm, local time. Please contact Doug Moser at RaDec Construction by calling 402-254-3345, to verify your attendance. Sub-contractors are requested to prepare a written list of any questions they may have, for response if required by written Addendum. Sub-contractor questions may be answered during the walk- through verbally, but will strictly form the basis for upcoming Addenda should that be deemed necessary in the interest of fairness.

Bid Info:   Bids will be received from Sub-contractors for the Facility Update (Phase 2) to the West Holt Memorial Hospital, at 406 W Neely Street, Atkinson, Nebraska, 68713. Proposals shall be received on behalf of the Owner by the Construction Manager at Risk until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the offices of RaDec Construction Co., P.O. Box 667, 308 N. Broadway St., Hartington, NE 68739. Phone: (402) 254-3345, or Fax: (402) 254-2245. Bids will be opened privately and tabulated.

Public Notes:
This project consists of the following renovation areas: Portion of Rural Health Clinic and Portion of Business Office. Approximate area of remodeling is 2,038 square feet.

Bid Documents, in the form of a CD or Electronic Download may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
