PreBid Info:   A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 28, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of Education meeting room located in the Gretna Public Schools - Administrative Office building, 11717 South 216th Street, Gretna, Nebraska. Attendance by firms interested in the GES Renovation Project in person at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory to submit a proposal.

Bid Info:   All responses and proposals shall be sealed and must be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools located at 11717 South 216th Street, Gretna, Nebraska at or prior to 2:00 p.m. on December 12, 2018. Responses and proposals may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service; responses; proposals will not be received by facsimile transmission, e-mail, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Responses should be provided in both paper and electronic format on a thumbdrive. Only such responses and proposals as have been received by the Superintendent's office at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Submitted responses and proposals will be immediately and simultaneously opened and recorded in the presence of those submitting responses and proposals, or their representatives, and the public at 2:00 p.m. on December 12, 2018, in the offices of the Superintendent of Schools. Following the opening of responses and proposals, the responses and proposals will be evaluated, the GES Renovation Project candidates ranked in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to Board of Education policy.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A general description of the proposed Project is construction management at risk services for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and controls update and replacement, and lighting, windows and mechanical - electrical equipment and fixture replacement along with and renovation of portions of the Gretna Elementary School, 801 South Street, Gretna, Nebraska.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $5.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
