All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Rockwell Elementary roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting John Brennan at least 24 hours in advance.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Millard Public Schools - Rockwell Elementary School - Skylight Replacement-Phase II before 10:30 a.m. local time on Thursday, December 13, 2018. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room "A". Bids should be submitted to: Mr. John Brennan, Don Stroh Administration Center, Conference Room "A", 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, NE 68137.

Public Notes:
Project Description: New insulated translucent wall & roof panel assemblies for Millard Public Schools/Rockwell Elementary School, located at 6370 S. 140th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes removal of existing canopy skylight, flashings and sealants, and providing new non-thermally broken translucent roof panel assembly, new metal flashings, sealants, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate skylight area to be replaced is approx. 1,078 S.F. An additional 306 L.F. of sheet metal wall cap will also be included.
