PreBid Info:   A PreBid Conference is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at the Elkhorn Public Schools Teacher Training Conference Center, 20650 Glenn Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
All general contractors wishing to submit a bid proposal are invited to meet with the Owner and Architect to review all aspects of the Project. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are also welcome to attend.

Bid Info:   The Owner, Douglas County School District 28 0010, Elkhorn Public Schools, 20650 Glenn Street, Elkhorn Nebraska 68022, will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including the General, and Mechanical Work for the construction of the Geothermal Loop Field and Valve Vault for the new Elementary School #12 and Middle School #5 located at 18330 Purple Martin Parkway, Omaha, Nebraska, 68022. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Thursday, December 13, 2018, at the office of the Owner, Elkhorn Public Schools, located at 20650 Glenn Street, Elkhorn Nebraska 68022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Owner.

Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of the Elkhorn Public Schools Elementary School #12 and Middle School #5 Geothermal Loop Field to be built on the West half of the Northeast quarter of thirty-two (32), Township sixteen, range eleven (11), Douglas county Nebraska, accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Elkhorn Public Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
