SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Wayne State College is in the process of replacing the air handling units serving the Student Center facility. The project will be completed in two or possibly three phases. Phase 1 includes but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of three air handling units in the mechanical penthouse serving the facility, Installation of two new field built air handling units in the existing mechanical penthouse, Piping of the new units as detailed and in conformance to manufacturer requirements, Electrical modifications as detailed, Control system modifications as specified, Removal and replacement of penthouse wall system for removal of existing and installation of new units, As part of this phase of work, an Alternate to replace two existing units in the basement mechanical room is included.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
