Bid Info:   The Owner, Irvington Fire and Rescue Department, 9111 Fremont Street, Omaha, NE 68122 (Tele: 402-571-0451), will receive “Sealed Bids” for a “Combined Contract”, including the General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the construction of a new Fire Station, located at 7111 Stargrass Road, Omaha, NE 68152, under the Architect's Project Number JJA 3403. Sealed Bids will be received until 5:00 PM (CST), Thursday January 31, 2019, at the Office of the Owner, located at 9111 Fremont Street, Omaha, NE 68122. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened and read by the Architect and the Owner.

Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a new Fire Station, to be built at 7111 Stargrass Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68152, in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00), payable to Irvington Fire and Rescue Department, for the set of Bidding Documents.

A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit check.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.

If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.

The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for thirty dollars ($30.00), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. for mailing charges.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
