PreBid Info:   A pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on February 5, 2019 at MPS Support Service Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.

Bid Info:   Sealed Bids will be received by MILLARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS (MPS) at the office of Don Stroh Administration Center, Conference Room A, 5605 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska until 10:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 14, 2019, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the project necessary or incidental thereto, as per plans and specifications on file at A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402)592-4950, at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated.

Public Notes:
The work described in these SPECIFICATIONS shall consist of the construction of Paving Maintenance, Receiveing Dock Maintenance, Storm Grate Replacement, and all related appurtenances as shown on the DRAWINGS and as described herein.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
