PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at G. Stanley Hall Elementary at 4:00 p.m. CST on Tues., April 2nd, 2019. Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.

Bid Info:   The Board of Education of Papillion-La Vista Community Schools, will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the PLCS - G. STANLEY HALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADDITION & REMODEL located at 7600 S 72nd Street , La Vista, Nebraska 68128.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thurs., April 11, 2019, at the Papillion-La Vista Public Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 9,000 square feet of new addition, 29,000 square feet of heavy renovation and 18,500 square feet of light renovation.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $150.00 payable to Papillion La Vista Community Schools.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
