Bid Info:   Bennington Public Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for demolition of a portion of the existing building and remodel/addition to the District Office located at 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Bennington Public Schools District Office Board Room, located at 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Demolition of existing Kindergarten wing of the Elementary School attached to the District Office. The gross building area is approximately four thousand two hundred eighty (4,280) square feet; New parking lot, bus lane, hard surface playground, sidewalks, and related site work; District Office Remodel and Addition and related site work. The Addition is two story in height and has a gross area of approximately eleven thousand (11,000) square feet.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
