Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Owner, Elkhorn Board of Education, 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022 will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including the General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the construction of Elkhorn Public Schools Middle School #5 located at 18330 Purple Martin Parkway, Omaha, Nebraska 68022.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Jackson-Jackson & Associates. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $130.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
