Bid Info:   Sealed bids from General Contractors only, encompassing all trades will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Bids Shall be submitted to Council Bluffs Community School District, Tucker Center for Career and Technical Education, Attn: Mr. Dean Wilson, 815 N. 18th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. Bids will be therafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: Renovation of the existing Kirn Middle School located at 100 North Avenue, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The project consists of approximately 115,000 sq. ft. of renovations within the existing building, demolition of approximately 1,900 sq. ft. of existing one story classroom space, and construction of 3 new additions including; a New Main Entry / Adminsitrative area addition of 5,522 sq, ft,, a 2 story Classroom addition of 8,000 sq. ft., and a Dock / Receiving area addition of 1,850 sq. ft.. The project will also include the construction of a new Parent Drop-Off Lane to the east of the existing building, and Site Improvements immediately south of the existing building.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $350.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $110.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $115.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D Technical Supply, in good condition, within 15 days of contract award.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
