Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the School Board of the Shenandoah Community School District for the Shenandoah CSD Window Replacement at the Shenandoah Community Schools Administration Building, 304 W Nishna Road, Iowa 51601 until 2:00 p.m. local Iowa time, according to the designated clock in the Reception Area, on Thursday, April 18, 2019 for the Shenandoah CSD Window Replacement project. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 P.M. on said date in said Board Room.

Project Location: Shenandoah, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the select removal and replacement at the existing High School of existing exterior windows along with removal of some mechanical wall units and reinstallation of those units into the new storefront aluminum window systems. Also includes some window replacements at the Elementary / Middle School building.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
