Bid Info:   The Board of Education will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for Early Education Addition to Blue Sage Elementary School located at 3600 South 215th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska, 68022. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Teacher Training Conference, located at 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Combined Contract including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work for Early Education Addition to Blue Sage Elementary School that is one (1) story in height with a total area of approximately eight thousand three hundred (8,300) square feet.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to DLR Group Inc. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
