PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2019 in the ESU #2 conference room at 2320 N. Colorado Ave, Freemont, NE. This will be followed by a tour of the project site at 2320 N. Colorado Ave, Freemont, NE. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that ESU #2 shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the renovation of the existing facility located 2320 N. Colorado Ave, Freemont, Nebraska 68025; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 15, 2019 in the ESU #2 office located at 2320 N. Colorado Ave, Freemont, Nebraska 68025. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
This project consists of the addition of a new vestibule entrance for the ESU #2 conference center. Portions of the exterior parking lot and sidewalks will be removed and replaced with new concrete. The new vestibule includes exterior masonry, storefront glazing, structural steel framing, and a new roof. Interior work includes new carpet tile, drywall, painting, acoustic ceilings, and minor electrical work for lighting, power, and electric unit heaters. One existing hose bib will be extended to the new exterior wall.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00. payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
