Lund Ross Constructors, Inc., will accept bids from qualified Subcontractors for renovation to the Pinnacle Club building, 2027 Dodge Street, Omaha, Ne until 2:00 P.M., CST, Thursday, July 1st at the office of Lund-Ross Constructors Inc., 1112 N. 13th Street, Omaha, NE, 68102.
The Subcontractor may submit bids via Fax, Phone Cll or in Sealed Envelopes clearly marked with "Pinnacle Club" and the name of the bidder on its front.
Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted. |

Contractors may obtain drawings for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $ 75.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.
Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
