| PreBid Information: | A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and a tour of the existing Jail will be held at the Jail at 2:00 P.M., July 1, 2010.

| In general, work consists of demolition and removal of manual cell doors. Repairing the existing frames then installing new Swinging and/or Sliding Cell door. Installation of new Touch screen Controls for these doors and connecting these controls to the existing Jail Touch screen System. Also, any and all Related Electrical and General Construction. |

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Douglas County.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, immediately following the Bid Opening,
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127). |
