Careage Management, L.L.C. of Sioux City, Iowa, will accept bids by invitation only for the Careage of Clarion Addition located in Clarion, Iowa.
The project consists of interior renovation of the Alzheimer's wing and elclosure of an existing porch comprising a total area of approximately 1,900 square feet.
Sealed bids for the General Construction, which shall include mechanical and electrical construction will be received by the Owner at Careage of Clarion, 110 13 Street SW, Clarion, Iowa, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday July 27, 2010. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The refundable deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) days of the bid date, provided they are in good and usable condition. |
