YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Performance Auto Group shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Service and Carwash Addition to the existing Performance Toyota Dealership in La Vista, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Architect from a preselected list of General Contractors until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the office of the Architect at 5060 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68132.
Bids will be opened privately. |

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of seventy five dollars ($75.00) or a Builders Card, made payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects, per set of Documents and in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $20.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.
