Sealed bids will be received by the Schuyler Community School Board Of Education, 401 Adam Street, Schuyler, Nebraska, until 2:00 P.M. CST, the 19th day of August 2010, for the new entry and offices to Schuyler Community Schools, Schuyler, Nebraska.
All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting.
The Architect and Board of Education will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder. |

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302 or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Joseph Hewgley & Associates.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 10 days after the Bid Opening.
ANY UNSUCCESSFUL BIDDER WHOSE PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED BY THAT DATE SHALL FORFEIT SUCH DEPOSIT.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
