| PreBid Information: | Tour of the existing building. A pre-bid walk thru will be held in the facility cafeteria on Thursday, August 5, 2010, 1:30 P.M. at the Douglas County Health Center located at 4102 Woolworth Avenue. Any interpretation or corrections to contrast documents arising from the walk thru will be made by addendum only. At the discretion of the Owner, a bid may be rejected if that bidder does not attend this walk thru.

| You are invited to bid on the Window Replacement Project, which includes work on approximately 205 window openings as stated in the Contract Documents. The Scope of Work also includes general construction and limited mechanical and electrical work and coordination of all trades to bring the areas to code compliance. |

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
There is a Refundable Deposit of $ 100.00 / or Builders Cards (ABC Cards, MBI Cards or OBE Cards accepted)
made payable to Douglas County Public Properties.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 7 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
